I'm happy to announce that I went to watch Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban in theaters!

Being able to relive one of the best films in the saga was a privilege. It took me so long to repost here that I got to see the movie twice. On my birthday, June 21, I received the news that I could see The Prisoner of Azkaban again on June 29. Naturally, I invited my mother. She could go. She didn’t seem as enthusiastic as I was, but she didn’t realize it was a 20-year-old movie.

In both sessions, I noticed that children or those born less than 20 years ago were amazed by the way the movie was conducted, and older people (like me) could see it with new eyes, a film that had such an impact on us. By using time travel, the film showed maturity, and we could see Sirius again, where, for Harry, it was a first encounter with a familiar figure.

On the first day of the re-release, more than 600,000 tickets were sold. Seeing this data increases my certainty that I will see the fourth movie, Harry Potter and the Gobblet of Fire. My favorite. Maybe because I identify with the name Igor, or perhaps because it’s the movie that shows Voldemort in his new body for the first time after his fall in October, 1981. I'll never really know.

Those who love us never really leave us.
